New High-tech Headquarters Provides Power Boost To Advantaclean Franchisees

CHARLOTTE-based AdvantaClean Systems, Inc., one of the premier providers of cleaning and environmental services in the southeast, broke ground on its new headquarters facility on May 8, 2006. The two-story, 9000-square-foot building, located at 311 Gilead Road in Huntersville, just north of Charlotte, will house AdvantaClean's executive and sales staff, as well as their state-of-the-art technology center.
AdvantaClean provides an array of cleaning and environmental services—including mold inspection and removal, and air duct cleaning—to businesses and residences. The company currently operates out of locations in Charlotte and Orlando.
"We're scheduled to occupy the new headquarters facility on December 1, 2006," reported Jeff Dudan, President and Founder. "And when we do, we'll be able to provide our prospective franchisees a stunning virtual experience of how their operation would run." The new AdvantaClean headquarters will feature a sales area, staffed by industry experts, where prospective franchisees can monitor sales and service activity on 50" LCD flat-panel displays, providing a demonstration of the enhanced technology AdvantaClean makes available to its franchisees.
"Visitors to our new headquarters will get a hands-on demonstration of how our extensive back-end technology will help their business succeed," explained Executive Vice President David Pennebaker. "We're set up to be the central resource for our franchisees. All incoming calls run through our call center. They're handled by experts who fully understand each of the services we provide. Then they're routed directly to the franchisee who'll deliver the specified service." A business model designed to increase franchisee success The AdvantaClean structure is designed to maximize the success of each franchise. "We've operated this business for twelve years," said Dudan.
