Zaxby's To Soak Memphis Market

(Friday, September 07, 2007) - Zaxby's will add 15 new restaurants in the greater Memphis area in a move that will triple its presence here.

The fast-casual restaurant chain, which specializes in buffalo wings and chicken fingers, has opened eight restaurants in the market over the past four years.
