Nsp Acquires Master Regional Franchise Sweden

(Tuesday, August 07, 2007) - Swedish quick service restaurants operator Nordic Service Partners Holding AB said on Monday (13 August) that it has agreed to acquire the Tasty Thai fast food concept.

The SEK4m deal includes a Tasty Thai restaurant in Stockholm, and the right to establish additional restaurants in the Swedish market.

The acquisition is part of Nordic Service Partners' food courts strategy (restaurants in shopping centres and arenas).

Nordic Service Partners, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, owns and operates some 40 Burger King and Taco Bar restaurants in Sweden and Denmark and also operates four food courts. The company is listed on the Nordic alternative market First North.
