Jamba Juice Acquires Two Northern California Franchise Stores

Acquisitions Continue to Support Long-Term Growth Initiative

(Tuesday, July 17, 2007) - Jamba Juice®, the category-defining leader in blended smoothies, juices and good-for-you-snacks, has announced the acquisition of two Northern California stores from franchisee Juice the Two of Us, Inc. The stores which are located in Benicia and Pleasanton were an opportunistic acquisition using available cash resources. They are the most recent in a series of franchisee store acquisition now totaling 19 in California and Minnesota in the past twelve months.
