Pass Your Plate, Oklahoma Based Franchise, Named To Top 100 Franchises

(Wednesday, January 03, 2007) - Jim and Dana Quillen, founders of Pass Your Plate today announced that Pass Your Plate has been named as one of the Top 100 New Franchises by Franchise Market magazine. Franchise Market magazine is published in partnership with SCORE - America's Counselors to Small Business and the Association of Small Business Development Centers.

According to the magazine, the Top 100 new franchises selected have all been formed since the year 2000; some franchises on the list are brand new concepts while others are well known. Franchise Market magazine estimates that since 2000 there have been over 1,000 new franchise concepts introduced in different businesses or industry areas.

Headquartered in the Edmond, Pass Your Plate is a meal preparation business providing families with tasty and hassle-free meals without spending hours in their own kitchen. With a dozen entrées to choose from every month, customers go to Pass Your Plate’s professional kitchen, follow the simple assembly directions and assemble up to 12 uncooked meals. Each entrée feeds 4 to 6 people at a cost of around $3.50 per serving. Meal options include the Perfect 10 (10 meals) and Pick 6 (six meals), and the Easy 3 (three meals). Pass Your Plate has six locations open in the Oklahoma City metro area, one each in Tulsa, Owasso, Stillwater and Weatherford; three in Arkansas and one in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Additional stores opening soon include a second location in Tulsa, Wilmington, North Carolina and Cleveland, Ohio.
