Obee's Franchise Systems, Inc. Announces Area Developer Agreement For New Mexico

(Friday, August 17, 2007) - Obee's Franchise Systems, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: OBFM) announced today that it has recently renewed an Area Developer agreement for the State of New Mexico. The agreement is for a 40 store development agreement throughout the state of New Mexico with Mr. & Mrs. Dick Nassif, who currently operate two Obee's soups, salads & subs restaurants in Albuquerque.
