Oregon Garlic Jim's Gets A Makeover

WEST SALEM, ORE. (Saturday, August 18, 2007) - The Garlic Jim's Famous Gourmet Pizza restaurant in West Salem, Ore., previously a delivery/pickup location, has reopened as a full-service restaurant with an additional seating area for up to 120 people.

The success of the restaurant and customer demand sparked the growth, said franchisees Eric Peterson, Terry Hardy and Tyler Westby.

The restaurant offers individual pizza slices for lunch and a full menu of pizzas, salads, soups and sandwiches, along with microbrews and local wines, for dinner.
