Redbrick Pizza Named To Magazine's Future 50 List

(Thursday, August 09, 2007) - Restaurant Business Magazine has named RedBrick Pizza to the No. 10 spot on its Future 50 list.

The list, compiled annually by the publication, ranks the fastest-growing restaurants with sales between $25 million and $50 million. RedBrick had a growth rate of more than 39 percent and conducted more than $33.5 million in sales in 2006.

RedBrick Pizza ranked first within its category on the magazine's list of up-and-coming concepts.

The pizza chain expects to have more than 60 stores open by the end of 2007, and has another 100 franchises under development.
