Debi's Mess Hall
(Friday, June 15, 2007) -
Tustin Ranch Introduces Debi's Mess Hall, a monthly cooking class which will combine your senses with sensibility.
Debi Palestina first donned her cooking school apron around 2003. Out of her love for cooking, she voluntarily apprenticed many famous chefs at Cook-N-Things cooking school, a division of Bristol Farms. It was there that she met Sheila Cluff from the Oaks at Ojai and the Palms in Palm Springs. After working together on a healthy cooking class, Sheila asked Debi to become a guest chef at The Palms and The Oaks, where Debi regularly taught low fat, low calorie, low carb cooking classes to celebrity guests and regular folks alike. In addition to the health spas, Debi frequently taught healthy cooking classes at various Bristol Farms and Williams-Sonoma locations as well as private classes and did small scale catering for clients such as the Los Angeles Rams. Debi has continued her love for cooking through the years, but attending Extreme Boot Camp rekindled her desire to share healthy cooking skills with others, so she's dusting off her apron and preparing to teach a fun and healthy class for Extreme Boot Camp of Tustin Ranch.
The first session of Debi's Mess Hall was be held on July 8, if you would like to know more please contact Extreme Boot Camp in Tustin (714) 264-2222.
