National Franchise Sales Announces A Denny's Multi Unit Acquisition In Wisconsin By Gill Foods.

(Monday, July 30, 2007) - National Franchise Sales, a leading franchise business brokerage company based in Southern California, with nine offices nationwide, has announced the completion of the sale of six Denny's restaurants, and four fee properties, in Wisconsin & Iowa, to established Denny's franchsiee Gill Foods.

Allen Pentell retained National Franchise Sales to sell the group of Denny's franchised restaurants located in Wisconsin and Iowa. Gill Foods, led by Gurinderjit Grewal, currently operate Denny's Restaurants in California and New York. The acquisition was funded bu Citi Franchise Finance.
