(Tuesday, May 01, 2007) - Multiple owners of SIGN*A*RAMA stores in the northeast United States have joined efforts to support troops by offering free banners to the families of the soldiers, welcoming home their loved ones.

The catalyst for the program was Harry Titus, owner of the Kingston, MA SIGN*A*RAMA and Alex Dittami, owner of the Greenland, NH location. Many of the SIGN*A*RAMA stores in the Northeast are taking part in the program. To date, more than 30 banners have been donated between the stores.

The banners have been such a huge success that local officials in some of the participating communities have discussed erecting a permanent sign honoring the soldiers who have served from that area.
