Circle K Buys Chevron Site In Semmes

SEMMES (Sunday, July 22, 2007) - Circle K , based in Tampa, Fla., paid $2.65 million for the Chevron station and convenience store at Moffett and Snow roads in Semmes, according to court records and Realtors. Jennifer Lam bert and Charlie Gray of Surety Land Title handled the transaction.
