Addition to The Shops at The Old Mill District

BEND , OR (Saturday, July 14, 2007) - Bend's Shops at The Old Mill District will grow by 40,000 square feet, and more than 200 new parking spaces will be available by the time the project's latest addition is complete in mid to late October, River Bend Limited Partnership administrator Mary Campbell said Thursday. The $15-million project includes three new brick-and-wood facade buildings on metal frames, along with a newly landscaped pond crossed by walking bridges and surrounded by landscaping, sitting areas and a one-lane drive.

The buildings are about 80 percent leased so far, Campbell said. Their new tenants will include Cafe Yumm!
