Zpizza Expands To Ny

(Friday, June 22, 2007) - Gourmet pizza chain Zpizza has signed a multi-unit franchise agreement with NYZ Pizza LLC to bring three Zpizza restaurants to Manhattan. NYZ Pizza LLC is currently looking at the Chelsea area for their first location and is expected to open by the end of 2007.

Zpizza's menu offers 17 different pizzas as well as sandwiches, salads, calzones and the opportunity for customers to create their own pizza with a selection of ingredients including whole wheat, organic sauces, low-fat cheeses, veggies and toppings.

Zpizza, founded in 1986, has 70 locations open around the country and another 200 in ongoing development. The company expects to have more than 100 open units by mid-2008.
