Super Bowl Champion Coach Dick Vermeil To Keynote Brooke Corporation's 2007

(Monday, June 11, 2007) - Brooke Corporation
(NASDAQ: BXXX) is pleased to announce that Super Bowl champion coach Dick
Vermeil will deliver the keynote presentation at its 2007 National Franchise
Convention. Vermeil will give his keynote address during the lunch session
scheduled for Monday, Oct. 22 at the South Point Hotel and Casino in Las
Vegas.

Vermeil is just one of four coaches in NFL history to lead two different
teams to the Super Bowl after leading St. Louis to a win in Super Bowl XXXIV
following the 1999 season. He also holds the rare distinction of being named
Coach of the Year on four levels: high school, junior college, NCAA Division
I and the NFL. Vermeil retired from coaching in 2006 and is in high demand as
a motivational speaker.

Brooke Corporation's 2007 National Franchise Convention is scheduled for Oct.
21-23 at the South Point Hotel and Casino. Nearly 1,000 Brooke franchisees,
