Cici's Pizza Promotes Two

(Monday, June 04, 2007) - CiCi's Pizza has promoted two executives to advanced leadership roles in the buffet chain. The company promoted Kyle Smith to vice president of operations and Steve Hawter to vice president of training.

Smith joined CiCi's Pizza in 1999. Prior to his promotion, Smith served four years as CiCi's director of operations and three years as the company's franchise district manager.

Hawter, who joined CiCi's in 2000, was director of training for the company for four years. Prior to joining CiCi's, Hawter was an owner and operator of a Chick-fil-A restaurant.
