Ci-ci's Pizza Will Open Carry-out Venue

ST. PETERSBURG (Wednesday, March 07, 2007) - Cici's Pizza will be opening a new concept at 2216 34th St. S. Later this month, franchise owner Georgio Bertrand will unveil a Cici's to-go restaurant, featuring "ready-right-now" pizza instead of the all-you-can-eat buffet at the other seven Cici's he owns. Bertrand will feature 15-inch ready-made pepperoni pizzas for $4.99, as well as salads and garlic bread available on the spot. Customers can order a custom pizza, but it may take up to seven minutes to prepare. Bertrand has Cici's buffet restaurants in Tampa, Bradenton, Brandon, Clearwater, Kenneth City and Temple Terrace, and is an investor in restaurants elsewhere in Florida. He said he is seeking another south Pinellas location for a full-buffet Cici's.
