Chester's International's Belkofer Certified As Franchise Executive

(Friday, May 11, 2007) - Chester's International announced the International Franchise Association (IFA) certification of franchiser Rankin Belkofer.

The IFA Certified Franchise Executive program requires participants to dedicate time and energy to learning more about franchising, disclosure agreements and other elements of industry activities.

Becoming an IFA certified franchise executive demands participation in seminars, online course work and trade shows that provide information and insight into the fried chicken foodservice industry.

Belkofer joined Chester's in March of 2004 after graduating from the University of Alabama.

As a franchise business consultant, Belkofer provides business support and awards franchises to store operators along the east coast.

"The IFA CFE course has helped me to develop my knowledge of issues facing franchisees," Belkofer said. "Being a certified franchise executive allows me to better assist the franchisees that I work with."
