Bachelor Of The Year Gets A Fantastic Sams Cut

So where does the Bachelor of the Year go to get that ‘fantastic' cut without breaking the bank. FANTASTIC SAM'S of course!

(Tuesday, October 31, 2006) - Cosmopolitan magazine named Colorado native Matt Wood, Bachelor of the Year—a title he wears proudly. Cosmopolitan holds an annual contest that features bachelors from all 50 states in its November issue. After receiving 32,000 online votes to select six semifinalists, Cosmopolitan editors selected the top bachelor from those six.

Wood plans to use the prize of $15,000 worth of LP Electronics to equip a community-studio project that would help young people develop skills in acting, film, and music.

Before attending the Cosmopolitan private party in New York that was thrown in his honor, Wood decided he needed a new do. He immediately turned to Fantastic Sam's stylist Carrie Schreiner, who gave him a quick and manageable haircut.
