Saladworks Honors Franchisees At 2007 Convention

Bensalem Franchisee Drives Away in New Mercedes

(Thursday, April 19, 2007) - On March 14, 2007, Saladworks, named
the nation's number one salad franchise by Entrepreneur Magazine, hosted
the 2007 Saladworks Franchise Convention at the luxurious Borgata Hotel
Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, N.J.

Over 250 people attended the day long convention, including franchisees,
vendors and the Saladworks Home Office Staff. Throughout the day, top
managers discussed Saladworks' business strategies, recapped all 2006
efforts, highlighted specific strategic plans for 2007 and presented the
2007 marketing plan. In addition, the speakers emphasized Saladworks' core
values, which were an important component of the convention's theme of
recipes for success.

"The convention is a great opportunity for the Saladworks family to
network with one another, while gaining important insight into the
Saladworks' brand strategy," said Saladworks CEO, John Scardapane. "The
sessions provide franchisees with a specific blueprint of our 2007 goals
and the resources to help their stores prosper."

During the convention festivities, 30 awards were handed out to
franchisees, including Silver and Gold Club Awards. The coveted "Top
Operator Award" went to Bensalem franchisee, Vince Rosetti, who drove away
in a 2007 Mercedes Benz Convertible. This award acknowledges the franchise
operator who demonstrates the values, principles and business acumen of
the Saladworks system. The winner exemplifies passion, commitment, focus,
and accountability.

"I was completely shocked when I heard my name announced," said Vince
Rosetti. "This award is an absolute honor and to win the most lavish car
for doing something I love is beyond my wildest dreams."

Other top winners took home an assortment of premium gifts. "Rookies of
the Year," Rich and Lori Hoffman of the Doylestown, PA Saladworks, won a
50 inch big screen TV. "Multi-Unit Operator of the Year," Erik Payne of
the Newtown, PA and E. Windsor and Hillsborough, NJ Saladworks, won a trip
to any destination in the world.

"These awards are a fun and special way to honor our franchisees who have
achieved extraordinary success with Saladworks. We are so proud of all our
franchisees and value their hard work and passion to be the best," said
Scardapane.
