Ceo Jim Small Named To Distinguished Speakers Club

(Wednesday, September 06, 2006) - Jim Small, Chief Executive Officer of Parker Finch Management in Phoenix, has been named to the Community Associations Institute's (CAI) Distinguished Speakers Club, and will present his first speech, titled "Developing a Strategic Plan in Association Management," during the CAI Regional Conference on November 10th in Lake Buena Vista, FL.

CAI is a nationally recognized organization dedicated to fostering successful community associations. For more than 30 years, CAI has provided educational opportunities and resources for its members.
