This was a company formed by Martin Sprock and Joe Wilen to build a franchise company around a concept called Monkey Joe's.

Next Venture LLC is a company owned by Joe Wilen and Mel Silverman that was the founder and developer of Jump'nJoes, a family entertainment center for Kids ages 2 to 12.

Joe Wilen approached Martin Sprock to talk about franchise sales and the two of them were so excited about the possibilities that they decided to create this new company to build a franchise model called Monkey Joe's into a national brand.

The financial performance of the initial stores and the revenue streams that were seen as potential enhancements made this franchise model a non-food alternative available to our existing franchisees and to new potential franchisees that was less costly, less complicated operationally and more profitable given the lack of complexity of the business model
