Let's Dish! Goes To Columbia, S.c. With New Franchise Agreement

Company signs agreement with KaBob Sparkleberry, LLC to bring first retail meal preparation store to Midlands residents

COLUMBIA, S.C. (Wednesday, April 05, 2006) - Let's Dish! International, Inc. today announced it has signed a franchise agreement with West Columbia, S.C.-based KaBob Sparkleberry, LLC to franchise a Let's Dish! retail meal preparation store in northeast Columbia, the first business of its kind in the area. This agreement represents another step in the company's national expansion plans just two years after co-founders Ruth Lundquist and Darcy Olson opened their first Let's Dish! location.

KaBob Sparkleberry, LLC is owned by Columbia husband-wife team Kathy and Bob Sleigher. This is the first franchise development for both Kathy, who works in the business finance industry specializing in franchise financing, and Bob, a pilot who has been in the aviation industry for more than 30 years. The Sleighers plan to open their Let's Dish! franchise store in mid to late summer 2006 at Sparkleberry Crossing in northeast Columbia, located off Interstate 20 at Clemson Road and Sparkleberry.

"Let's Dish! is the breakaway brand in this category and our ability to attract new, motivated partners such as KaBob Sparkleberry is a testament to our success," said Lundquist. "We've spent two years laying the groundwork and have built a strong, sustainable business model with enormous growth potential. Kathy Sleigher, whose busy lifestyle left little time to prepare meals at home, was tired of the expense associated with eating out all the time. She loved the solution the retail meal preparation concept offered busy families like hers. When it came to starting a franchise business, though, she said the decision came down to the quality of the food.

Let's Dish! currently has four company-owned locations in the fast-growing Twin Cities suburbs of Eden Prairie, Maple Grove, Woodbury and Apple Valley, Minn.. The company has stores currently open or in development in 15 states nationwide.

About The Let's Dish! Concept

Let's Dish! was one of the first retail meal preparation stores in the country when Lundquist and Olson introduced their concept in October 2003. Their goal was to create a great business by offering people a fresh, new way to feed their families.

Customers make menu choices, sign up and prepay for sessions at the company's website. When customers arrive at the store, refrigerated workstations for each menu item are stocked with all necessary ingredients, which can be varied to meet specific tastes. Customers rotate from station to station preparing eight to twelve different entrees each designed to serve six.
