Let's Dish! Coming To Toledo, Oh

Company signs agreement with J2O Management, LTD to bring one of area's first retail meal preparation stores to Toledo residents

(Tuesday, June 20, 2006) - Let's Dish! International, Inc. today announced it has signed an agreement with Toledo, Ohio-based J2O Management, LTD to franchise a Let's Dish! retail meal preparation store in Toledo, one of the area's first. This agreement is the latest step in the company's national expansion plans just two years after co-founders Ruth Lundquist and Darcy Olson opened their first Let's Dish! location.

J2O Management, LTD is owned by Dina P. Skelding and her husband Jim, with investment from Dave and Dottie Pienta. Elaine Gabalac will join Skelding as general manager of the Let's Dish! store. Gabalac holds a bachelor's degree in administrative services from the University of Toledo. Skelding, who currently works as a financial consultant for several local manufacturing companies, received her bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and her master's degree from the University of Toledo. Skelding is active in her community, serving on numerous school and church committees and councils. J2O Management is planning a September 2006 opening for its Let's Dish! franchise store, which will be located at 5307 Monroe Street, just west of Target.

Skelding said she has always wanted to start a business that provides a service that is important to her and one she could be passionate about; once she tried Let's Dish!, Skelding was convinced Let's Dish! was it.

"Let's Dish! enables customers to prepare a month's worth of meals for their family in under two hours," said Skelding. "It's a smart dinner solution that really works for people like me, with hectic lives, who don't have a lot of time to spend planning meals and cooking."

Though she researched several different meal preparation concepts, Skelding found Let's Dish! had the right mix of elements that customers care most about – fresh, delicious food; a store that is clean, bright and comfortable; and an energizing environment where customers can have fun and be productive.

"The food at Let's Dish! is amazing – every month certified chefs create a menu with 16 different entrées that range from adventurous to family favorites," said Skelding. "There are so many options for preparing meals – dishing in the store, picking up Ready Mades right from the freezer, or signing up to Dish-n-Dash, where employees make the meals for you to pick up."

Let's Dish! currently has four company-owned locations in the fast-growing Twin Cities suburbs of Eden Prairie, Maple Grove, Woodbury and Apple Valley, Minn.. The company has stores currently open or in development in 15 states nationwide.

About The Let's Dish! Concept

Let's Dish! was one of the first retail meal preparation stores in the country when Ruth Lundquist and Darcy Olson introduced their concept in October 2003. Their goal was to create a great business by offering people a fresh, new way to feed their families real food.

Customers make menu choices, sign up and prepay for sessions at the company's website. When customers arrive at the store, refrigerated workstations for each menu item are stocked with all necessary ingredients, which can be customized to meet each family's specific tastes. Customers rotate from station to station preparing eight to twelve different entrees each designed to serve six.
