Dr. Shepherd Speaks At The West Virginia Cardiovascular Health Conference

(Saturday, May 01, 2004) - Dr. Shepherd presented at the WV Cardiovascular Health Conference on May 1. Dean Ornish, MD was also on the program. Dr. Shepherd presented "Using High Intensity Training for Achieving Fitness: A new Approach. Exercise Physiologists from the state of West Virginia learned about the HIT Center approach to fitness and prevention of heart attack, stroke, and diabetes.
