Crystal Clear Launches Scratch Removal Franchise

(Friday, September 01, 2006) - Nashville, TN-based Crystal Clear Window Works has introduced a flat glass scratch removal and glass resurfacing franchise offering, branded "Get the Scratch Out." The company introduced the plan at GlassBuild America in Las Vegas in late September—a program that combines scratch removal tools, technologies, compounds and systems with sales, marketing, business systems, Web-based training, technical support and lead management support.

"There are dozens of companies offering good scratch removal equipment and designs and approaches," says Paul Lacey, the company's corporate development officer. "Crystal Clear Window Works will differentiate by bringing its expertise in building the service channels and markets. We will focus on the brand, market awareness, business systems, training, lead generation and support."

The company's existing franchise offering, "Get the Fog Out," is a process aimed to restore failed IG units. "De-fogging and scratch removal are natural cross-selling cousins for our authorized franchisees to realize greater revenue, margins and differentiation," says John Hennessy, president of Crystal Clear Window Works.
