Training Team Grows To Assist Franchisees

Play N Trade Inc. is proud to announce the newest addition to the corporate training team, David Kachelmeyer.

(Monday, November 20, 2006) - Play N Trade Inc. is proud to announce the newest addition to the corporate training team, David Kachelmeyer. Dave joins the training team as a corporate trainer for Play N Trade franchisees with emphasis on fulfilling the needs of more than 100 new franchisees that have recently committed to opening additional stores. The impetus behind this hire was to allow our corporate franchisee support infrastructure to grow in tandem with the growth of our business. "We want to offer the best training and support infrastructure in the business which naturally differentiates our stores from the completion" states Yuvi Shmul, CEO of Play N Trade.

Dave will be training new and existing franchisees on daily operations of their business, industry trends, merchandising, and most importantly, strategies and methodologies in creating sales lift through increased foot traffic. Dave will also be leading the Play N Trade monthly training series held in Newport Beach, CA. In addition to initial training for our new franchisees, Dave will provide ongoing support for the franchisees to maximize their retail management and selling skills. The training starts right when the franchisees signs on board. Dave will assist the franchisees from "cradle to fruition". This process includes looking for the ideal location, properly merchandising store, creating exciting tournament layouts, and the execution of catchy sales promotions.

Dave has great managerial and organizational skills that will be beneficial to the training team and training recipients. Dave brings with him extensive corporate training experience from numerous industries. His strengths are evidenced by his diversity. This has given Dave's mentorship instant credibility with franchisees. What makes Dave's approach unique is his ability to identify a franchisees challenges as well as their strengths and custom tailor content based upon those needs.

"His outgoing personality yet strong leadership skills enable him to train franchisees but also become someone they can easily talk to", states Dave Timlin, VP of Sales and Training.

Many of our trainers at the corporate office are also gamers themselves. Many of whom exclaim how exciting it is to be involved in such a dynamic and fast paced industry. Dave's favorite game is Guitar Hero, where he usually rocks out with his nephews. Tim Blake, another corporate trainer, is a gamer at heart with a passion for Final Fantasy 12. Matt Ward, our general manager for franchisees, owns over 6,000 games! Matt ranks and writes reviews for many of the games for the franchisees before they are shipped from our warehouse to customers. This is proof positive that our company was "created by gamers, for gamers". This sentiment trickles all of the way up to our Chairman and Founder, Ron Simpson. Ron is an avid gamer and retail visionary who hand picked these trainers to evangelize his vision. Ron remarks "we were very lucky to find Dave to head up our corporate training team. Dave's delivery of the training material fosters a fun learning environment with emphasis on the tools necessary to operate a successful Play N Trade store.
