Goin' Postal Staff Shines At Howl
PASCO (Wednesday, November 01, 2006) -
The staff of Goin' Postal at 38439 Fifth Ave. skipped down the Yellow Brick Road during the Main Street Zephyrhills event called Halloween Howl on Oct. 30.
The costumed staff members handed out candy to eager trick-or-treaters. All of the costumes, with the exception of the Glinda and Dorothy costumes, were made by owners Marcus and M.J. Price.
The window displays featured The Emerald City, the field of poppies, the spooky forest, The Horse of A Different Color, and of course, The Yellow Brick Road. LifeSizeGreetings.com is one of five companies in the world that create custom life-size stand-ups of people and pets, and is the only company that creates custom weatherproof photographic quality life-size stand- ups and giant weatherproof greeting cards for all occasions.
The cast of characters included: Megan Andersen-Gaarder as Glinda the Good Witch, Sylvia Messick as the Wicked Witch of the West, Bob Stephens as the Tin Man, M.J. Price as Dorothy, Marcus Price as the Scarecrow and Larry Kottke as the Cowardly Lion.
