Crye-leike Associates Earn Buyer Representative Status

(Thursday, February 08, 2007) - The Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, has awarded the following Crye-Leike agents the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation:


Crye-Leike realtor Jeff Jolly is affiliated with the Mt. Juliet branch office of Crye-Leike, located at 1285 North Mt. Juliet Road. He serves the needs of buyers and sellers in and around the counties of Davidson, Rutherford, Williamson and Wilson. Jolly specializes in residential and relocation real estate services, and holds membership within the National, Tennessee and Eastern Middle Tennessee Associations of Realtors. In addition to the ABR, Jolly holds the nationally recognized designation of e-PRO, signifying proficiency in online-based real estate marketing services.


Realtor Donna Sandstad affiliated with the Brentwood West branch office of Crye-Leike, located at 5111 Maryland Way has also earned the ABR designation. Serving the needs of buyers and sellers in and around the counties of Davidson, Williamson, Maury, Wilson and Sumner, Sandstad specializes in all areas of real estate sales. Sandstad also holds the nationally recognized designation of e-PRO, signifying proficiency in online-based real estate marketing services, is a member of the Williamson County, Tennessee and National Associations of Realtors, is a multi-million dollar producer MMDC), and is on the Cool Springs YMCA board of directors.


Franklin, Tenn. Resident Brooke Tighe affiliated with the Crye-Leike Cool Springs Branch office, located at 206A Cool Springs Blvd., has earned the ABR designation. Tighe specializes in first-time homebuyer, residential and town home real estate sales. She is a member of the Williamson, Tennessee and National Associations of Realtors.


Real estate broker Michele Taylor-Lopes, branch manager for the Crye-Leike Springfield office, located at 504 22nd Avenue, East has received the ABR designation. Taylor-Lopes is a multi-million dollar producer MMDC), has her CBS and GRI designations and is a member of the Robertson County Association of Realtors where she received the Award of Excellence and Million Dollar Sales Lifetime Member award.


Requirements for the ABR designation include practical experience in the field of buyer representation, a comprehensive two-day training course in buyer representation and a written exam on legal and practical aspects of client representation.
