He has performed several roles within the food industry including management of 3 different restaurants within the greater Los Angeles area for the past 11 years. Marco has a Bachelors degree in Accounting with additional studies in Business Management, Marketing, and Computer Science and Information Technologies.

Marco has a vast number of professional references due to his outstanding leadership and professionalism. In addition to following a very high code of ethics, Marco has a proven track record as both, a team player and a disciplined leader. His many years as a martial arts practitioner have helped him build a strong body and mind, allowing him to achieve discipline, perseverance, and a positive attitude to be a successful business leader.

Marco sees the Daily Grind network as a family and team environment, promoting collaboration of ideas and knowledge sharing with which he enjoys being surrounded with. As a new Daily Grind franchisee, Marco has paved himself a sure path to his next set of objectives – being a successful business owner and developer of food-related enterprises and business ventures.

Soveyda Pena

It is said that "behind a great man, there is always a great woman!" Soveyda is definitely a great woman behind a great man. She has been the pillar and support of all difficult and fruitful decisions the Pena family has made.

With a similar educational background as Mr. Pena, Mrs. Pena supports the business decision of spending their next years and foreseeable future in making the Daily Grind franchise a successful business venture.

While Mrs. Pena maintains a full-time, very busy schedule taking care of their two daughters and household, she finds time to be involved and support Marco with his strategic business decisions.
