(Monday, October 30, 2006) - The town of Cheney, Washington has anxiously watched a movie theater built in 1906 transform into the newest Pita Pit. The mayor and other dignitaries turned out for a ribbon cutting ceremony as the doors opened just steps away from the campus of Eastern Washington University.
