The Pita Pit Named To Entrepreneur's Franchise 500 -

The rapidly expanding quick serve restaurant franchise, headquartered in Coeur d'Alene, ID, was named 212. This is the company's first year on the prestigious list. Riggs acquired the company in April of 2005 and has since expanded rapidly, opening 45 new locations, with about 55 currently in development.
