Premiergarage Moving To Larger Space In June

(Monday, May 06, 2002) - Phoenix-based PremierGarage is expanding into a building about three times bigger than its current one. The upscale cabinetmaker and flooring installer, which was formed in 1999 in founder Mark Loberg's garage, will move into a 57,000-square-foot building by the end of June. The firm is investing $5.5 million on the building and nearly $2 million on equipment. About 2 1/2 years ago, PremierGarage spent $1.5 million on a 20,000-square-foot building in north Phoenix. It will keep that building to house support operations staff. The new headquarters, at 21405 N. 15th Lane, will include manufacturing and distribution operations. The company recently added its 76th franchise, one of 33 opened in the past year. PremierGarage has franchises in 41 states and Canada.
