Weichert, Realtors® Adds Franchise Offices In Massachusetts And Missouri And Welcomes Its First In Utah

(Monday, January 29, 2007) - Weichert Real Estate Affiliates,
Inc. the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors®, continues its nationwide
growth. The company has announced the openings of two franchise offices in
New Bedford and Lakeville, Mass.; three offices in the St. Louis, Mo., area;
and its first Utah franchise in Midvale.
Martin J. Rueter, president of Weichert Real Estate Affiliates,

Lakeville, Mass. Marie Cashman and Don Neves, business partners since 1999,
are the owners of this two-office firm. Cashman is the broker of record and
Neves is the business manager.
* WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Blake & Davis, Chesterfield, Defiance,
and Clayton, Mo. Five St. Louis area businesswomen purchased the name of the
old line St. Louis firm of Blake & Davis to form the newest Weichert
franchise in the "Show Me" state.
* WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Towne & Country, Midvale, Utah.
Principal Broker Mark Fulcher, Associate Broker Matthew Hansen, and Business
Manager/Realtor Liane Nielson are partners in this milestone Weichert
franchise office in the Greater Salt Lake City area.
