Weichert Real Estate Affiliates Named One Of Top Franchises By Entrepreneur Magazine

(Tuesday, February 06, 2007) - Weichert Real Estate Affiliates,
the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors®, was recently named as one of the
nation's top franchises, according to the results of Entrepreneur magazine's
28th Annual Franchise 500®. The survey spotlights the top 500 franchises in
the U.S. and Canada for 2007.
The Weichert company went from No. 221 last year to No. 152 this
year in the Top Global Franchises list. The company also jumped to 44th
place, from 91st, in the magazine's survey of the nation's fastest growing
franchises.
Noting the company's accelerating positions on both lists, Weichert Real
Estate Affiliates president, Marty Rueter, said, "Each year we are honored

criteria, including financial strength and stability, growth rate and system
size.
