Weichert, Realtors® Expands Its Franchise Network With Four New Affiliates In Alabama And Florida

BIRMINGHAM, JACKSONVILLE AND PANAMA CITY BEACH (Wednesday, January 24, 2007) - Weichert Real Estate Affiliates,
Inc. continues to consolidate its growth in the South with the openings of
its first two affiliates in Birmingham, Ala., as well as two new affiliates
in Jacksonville and Panama City Beach, Fla. The rapidly growing franchise
arm of Weichert, Realtors® now has 80 franchise offices serving the Sunshine
State.
The new Weichert® affiliates include:
* WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Access Realty, Birmingham, Ala.
Formerly Carraway Realty, the new Weichert franchise is owned by the
husband-and-wife team of Broker George M. "Mike" Carraway and Dianne
Carraway. The company has two offices in Birmingham. Mary Fronston is broker
of record and Jason Durban is sales manager.
* WEICHERT, REALTORS® - The Home Team, Birmingham, Ala. Tab
Bisignani is the broker/owner of the former REALTY NOW, which was among the
first companies in Alabama to offer bundled real estate services.
* WEICHERT, REALTORS® - RonWood Associates, Jacksonville, Fla.
Broker Doug Smith, Ronnie Fussell, and Lockwood Holmes are the owners of the
former RonWood Realty Inc.
* WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Medallion Lighthouse, Panama City
Beach, Fla. The new Weichert affiliate is owned by Rocky Akins, broker of
record, and Brunie Kosta, manager.
