According to CMT's website, the show features a group called the Chrome Shop Mafia, who work as big-rig truck mechanics. For every episode they "steal" the rig of a lucky truck driver and customize it. The result is every driver's dream truck. For the show's season premier episode, the Chrome Shop Mafia along with the Joplin, MO SIGN*A*RAMA work to create the "ultimate tailgating vehicle." After countless hours of design and labor, the Trick My Truck masterpiece is completed and revealed at the Country Fever music festival in Pryor, Oklahoma.
