ON BOTH COASTS AND AROUND THE GREAT LAKES

(Tuesday, January 16, 2007) - Weichert Real Estate Affiliates,
Inc., the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors®, accelerated its expansion
across the U.S. with the openings of franchise offices in Folsom, Calif.,
and Nashua, N.H., as well as in the Great Lakes area towns of Ann Arbor,
Mich., and Kenosha, Wis. Noting that the Weichert® franchise network
has grown to more than 300 signed offices in 29 states since its launch in
January 2002, Martin J. Rueter, president of Weichert Real Estate

Calif. Jim Quaschnick, Jeff Clark, and Vivian Lawrence are partners in
Weichert's first affiliate in the Sacramento area. Quaschnick is broker of
record.

Weichert's first franchise office in the Ann Arbor market is owned by
Cynthia Woods, Michael Webster, and Barbara Wade. Woods is the broker of

Mike and Mary Peterson are the owners of this new office. Mike Peterson is
broker of record.

first Weichert affiliate in Wisconsin is owned by Randy Keberlain, Craig
Pitts, and Ralph Nudi. Broker of record Keberlain is also a mortgage
broker.
