Award-winning Owner Opens Sixth Area Friendly's In Miamisburg

MIAMISBURG (Thursday, July 20, 2006) - Kevin Peyton of 4th Day Hospitality (4DH), who was named 2005 Franchisee of the Year by Friendly's Restaurants, has opened a Friendly's restaurant in Miamisburg.

Peyton, who already owned five area Friendly's and earned the Dayton Daily News People's Choice Award for the most kid friendly restaurant, promises to bring the same high performance to his brand new Friendly's at 8270 Springboro Pike.

"We've built our success by listening to guests and striving to exceed their expectations each and every time they come to Friendly's," said Peyton. "Miami Valley residents were telling us that they wanted a Friendly's restaurant here, and we responded."

Since purchasing Friendly's restaurants in Beavercreek, Kettering, Springfield, Troy, and Vandalia two years ago, Peyton has invested more than $550,000 in remodeling and enhancements.

In that time, he and his crew have repeatedly set records for sales, guest satisfaction and employee retention. 4DH won Friendly's Franchise Comp Sales Award for 2005, while the general manager for 4DH's Kettering, Ohio restaurant took home Friendly's Franchise General Manager of the Year Award. In addition, 4DH was named Friendly's New Franchise Group of the Year in 2004.

Central to this success is 4DH's "Valued Players, Raving Fans" philosophy.
