Qdoba Mexican Grill Enters Hampton Roads Region

(Saturday, July 15, 2006) - Qdoba Mexican Grill has signed a franchise agreement to expand in the Southern Virginia area, announced Qdoba's President and Chief Executive Officer, Gary Beisler.

Franchisee Colin Kelly will serve as director of development, along with managing partner Mark Kelly and partner Christine Kelly. The group signed an agreement to open Qdoba restaurants in the Hampton Roads region, which includes Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Portsmouth, Hampton, Gloucester and Newport News.

Colin Kelly will spearhead the development of the franchise agreement using his past restaurant experience and the degree in Consumer Economics from the University of Delaware. Mark and Christine Kelly will support the operation with over 25 years of experience in wholesale equipment distribution, currently serving as CEO and CFO respectively, with the Professional Pump Corporation and The Professional Companies, Inc. In addition, Mark and Christine also operated Professional Business Consultants assisting small business owners in increasing the earnings value of their companies. They also worked with the Irish Development Authority to start a business in Cork, Ireland.
