Weichert Relocation Resources Achieves Coveted Sas 70 Type Ii Certification, Reaffirms High Quality Operational Standards And Controls

announced that the company has been issued a Statement on Auditing Standards
No. 70 (SAS 70) Type II report by its independent auditor, Ernst & Young
LLP. Developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
(AICPA), SAS 70 is the internationally recognized auditing standard used to
measure the effectiveness of a service organization's internal controls.
The SAS 70 Type II report confirms that Weichert Relocation Resources
provides a consistent, reliable and secure operating environment to support
the client companies and relocating employees it serves throughout the
world. This report is based on a rigorous analysis of the controls in place
across the company related to the home sale and expense management processes
over an extended period of time.
