Connie Worrell-druliner Earns Top Award At Express Personnel Services International Conference

(Monday, March 20, 2006) - Connie Worrell-Druliner, owner of the Bend Express Personnel Services office earned the top honor, the Gordon Blair Award, at the staffing firm's 24th annual International Leadership Conference held Feb. 22–25 in Oklahoma City.
The Gordon Blair Award is the most prestigious award Express bestows. Each year it is given to an individual who has greatly contributed to making Express the company it is today. The individual must demonstrate an unwavering passion for the power of service, generosity and humility.

More than 1,000 Express franchisees and staff represented over 500 offices worldwide at the company's annual leadership conference. This year's conference featured four days of learning, networking and training on staffing and workplace issues such as recruitment, retention and successful business management.
Guest presenters at the conference included Lou Holtz, former coach and legendary team leader; Pat Lencioni, author and one of the nation's leading experts on executive team development; and Bertice Berry, PhD, sociologist, author and educator.
