Marnie Blanco Named Re/max Vice President, Ebusiness

(Tuesday, June 20, 2006) - RE/MAX International has promoted Marnie Blanco to vice president, eBusiness effective June 15, according to Kristi Graning, RE/MAX senior vice president of information technology and eBusiness.

"Marnie lives and breathes her role at RE/MAX and this is a well deserved promotion," commented Graning in announcing the promotion. "She is very results oriented and has shown strong skills in leadership, strategic thinking, management, vendor relations, public speaking and has been instrumental in the launch of the new remax.com/LeadStreet initiative. She has led the creation of the LeadStreet training department in company operated regions, headed project management with Siegent and has been instrumental to the central LeadStreet team within RE/MAX International. Marnie has also developed strong relations with the independently owned regions that are using Siegent, as well as those who are using other technology platforms."

Blanco joined RE/MAX in July 2003 as technology marketing manager and was promoted to her previous position as senior manager of eBusiness and IT marketing in December 2005. Prior to her affiliation with RE/MAX International, she was in the telecom industry for seven years as a consultant in project management, sales and training. She also has two years experience as a programmer.

She and her husband, Dave are parents to a nine month old daughter.
