Tin Star Set To Rope Hungry Tinhorns

(Tuesday, March 09, 2004) - A Plano-based restaurant chain is making plans to break bread in the Houston market.

Tin Star, a quick-casual restaurant specializing in Southwestern cuisine, will open next year in The Woodlands, according to company President Rich Hicks.

By the end of 2004, Tin Star expectes to have 11 operating restaurants open - four corporate-owned and seven franchises.

In 2005, plans call for the addition of eight franchise locations.
