Bill Hanley Of Weichert, Realtors® Named 2007 President Of New Jersey Association Of Realtors®

(Thursday, December 21, 2006) - Weichert, Realtors® is pleased to
announce that Bill Hanley, branch manager of Weichert's Metuchen Office, was
named 2007 president of the New Jersey Association of REALTORS® (NJAR).
NJAR, part of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), is a non-profit
organization serving the professional needs of its members and currently has
24 local boards/associations and more than 57,000 members.

many real estate professionals within the state to lead the New Jersey
Association of REALTORS," said Paul Christman, senior vice president for
Weichert, Realtors. "Bill's appointment is a testament to his years of
leadership, expertise and service to both the clients he has served and the
real estate industry."
A member of the Weichert Family of Companies since 1998, Hanley
currently supports and manages more than 75 active sales associates in his
role as manager of the Metuchen office. He is a past president of the
Middlesex County Association of Realtors and was named that organization's
REALTOR of the year in 2000. A member of NJAR since he began his real estate
career more than 25 years ago, he has served NJAR in various capacities,
including first vice president, president of the NJAR Educational Foundation
and as a trustee of the NJAR Housing Opportunity Foundation. As a director
for NAR, he has served on the risk management and housing needs committees
and has been an instructor of the NAR Quadrennial Ethics Training course in
Middlesex County.
He holds a bachelor's degree in music education from Westminster
Choir College and is a resident of Somerset, N.J.
