In Italy, our experience with gelato has been a love affair for centuries. Gelato is a solid part of our everyday life. We enjoy gelato with a shot of rich and creamy espresso or a cup of thick and foamy cappuccino during the day.


For the after-dinner sweets, we love mixing gelato with our favorite spirits. Traditional recipes, such as strawberry sorbetto and Port wine, Chocolate Chocolate Chip and Baileys®, and pink grapefruit sorbetto in Champaign are fantastic ways to finish a savory meal shared with loved ones and friends.
