Area Development Signed For Washington, Dc

WASHINGTON, DC (Sunday, February 05, 2006) - We're proud to announce a development agreement which will introduce the popular Just Fresh® bakery/café concept to the Washington, DC and Northern Virginia area.

Sean Clancy, President, Rogue Development, LLC. is eager to introduce the Washington, DC and northern Virginia markets to Just Fresh®. "We see fantastic opportunities in these markets for Just Fresh,® Fast casual dining is quickly gaining market share and we think Just Fresh® offers consumers great choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner" said Sean Clancy. Mr. Clancy, along with partner Brett Melvin, has signed an agreement to develop 6 cafés in the DC area and an additional 24 in Northern Virginia by the end of 2007.

Look for the first café to be open by the summer of 2005
