Hilton Announces Sale Of 713-room Hilton Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH (Friday, May 19, 2006) - Hilton Hotels Corporation (NYSE:HLT) and Hertz Gateway Center, LP, announced today the sale of the 713-room Hilton Pittsburgh to Shubh Hotels Pittsburgh, LLC, for approximately $28 million. The hotel will continue to operate as a Hilton-branded property under the terms of a 20-year franchise agreement.
