BRANDON, MANITOBA (Monday, June 13, 2005) - Well-known local entrepreneur Neal Clemmensen has added a new "firsts" to his many successful business ventures. In the typical home-based PropertyGuys.com franchisee system, this action-oriented individual has established the franchise's first-ever store front location.

PropertyGuys.com is a commission-free, 'for sale by owner' real estate marketing company. According to the traditional real estate model, property owners pay realtors percentage-based commission fees to sell their homes.
