Richmond Jiffy Lube Chosen For Franchise Makeover

Richmond Jiffy Lube is the only location in the nation to be selected as a prototype for a franchise makeover campaign.

RICHMOND (Monday, November 13, 2006) - The Richmond location will receive $77,000 to reconstruct the building's front and expand its lobby.

The Richmond site was selected by Jiffy Lube's national office based on criteria such as overall satisfaction and speed of service.

The Richmond location also averages one complaint per 13,165 cars, compared to the national average of one complaint per 1,265 cars.

The Richmond site is owned by Cathy and Steve Funkhouser.
